<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a fact that a secret document is discarded is left in a log, the secret document can be carried, and an unauthorized action cannot be recognized when only a paper ID attached to the secret document is cut, stuck to the other paper (such as blank paper) different from the secret document to be discarded. <P>SOLUTION: In a document discarding management system provided with: a document discarding device 3 which discards a document being an object for discarding; and a document management device 4 connected via a network 5, the document discarding device 3 is provided with: a bar code reader 19 which obtains a document ID attached to the document; and a network interface 37 which transmits the document ID to the document management device 4, the document management device 4 is provided with: a network interface 47 which receives the transmitted document ID; and a database 45 in which the document ID received by a management device communication means, and the document discarding device 3 is provided with an image scanner 21 which obtains image data of the document. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
