<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus which prevents a leakage of confidential information and an unauthorized output. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus capable of transmitting information to an external device is equipped with a date and hour management unit for managing information on date and hour, an apparatus management unit for determining, from the information on date and hour, whether it is a time slot or not for putting restrictions on practicing image processing when having received image data to be printed out or transmitted, an image processing limiting unit for determining limiting contents of image processing depending on the time slot when it has been determined to be a time slot for putting restrictions on practicing the image processing, and an image processing unit for practicing image processing with restrictions put on printing out or transmitting the image data depending on the determination of the limited contents used for the image processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
