<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting device capable of easily and surely connecting both connectors with each other as well as thinning of a whole body. <P>SOLUTION: The connecting device 1 is to connect two base boards arranged parallel, and is composed of a first connector 2 and a second connector 3. A protruded member 22t is formed on a first reinforcing tab 22 projecting along a surface direction of the base board. A leaf spring member 32s is formed on a second reinforcing tab 32 elastically deformable in contact with the protruded member 22t. On connection operation of the first connector 2 to the second connector 3: (1) the leaf spring 32s is pushed by the protruded member 22t and, thereby, elastically deforms along a virtual plane K parallel to the surface of the base board, (2) then, the protruded member 22t is arranged in opposition to the leaf spring member 32s as to the connecting direction D, whereby, separation of the first connector 2 and the second connector 3 is restrained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
