PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide film capable of accurately arranging a positioning mark by performing a cutting work using a dicing saw while suppressing flexibility or deterioration in performance of an optical waveguide film body, and capable of performing accurate alignment by means of visibility or physical contact (abutting). SOLUTION: The optical waveguide film 10 has an optical waveguide film body 116 comprising a cladding 114 and optical wave guide cores 112 embedded in the cladding 114, wherein mark-forming members 118 having groove-like positioning marks 120 formed thereon are arranged on at least one part on a main surface of an optical waveguide film body 116 to be protruded from the main surface.
