PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive freezing prevention device for an outdoor unit having a freezing prevention heater disposed in the outdoor unit during heating operation for preventing freezing of condensed water when condensed water is generated in a heat exchanger and improving assembly efficiency and serviceability, an outdoor unit disposed with the freezing prevention device, and an air conditioner having the outdoor unit. SOLUTION: In a state of holding the freezing prevention heater 1 between an upper fixing device 3 equipped with a drain hole 7 and a lower fixing device 4, the upper fixing device 3 is pressed downward by the heat exchanger 2, and one end of the lower fixing device 4 is inserted into a drain draining hole 5 opened in a bottom plate 6.
