PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily solid cosmetic having a sufficient ultraviolet light protection effect, having good extension and attachment on skin, and realizing natural color unevenness-covering power and a finish without having a sense of stagnation. SOLUTION: This oily solid cosmetic is provided by containing the following components (A) to (E); (A) 1 to 15 mass% platelet-formed powdery material having 1 to 50μm mean particle diameter, (B) 7 to 29 mass% spherical powdery material having 1 to 20μm mean particle diameter, (C) 20 to 36 mass% coloring pigment, (D) 0.5 to 5 mass% multi-valent metal salt of a dialkyl phosphoric acid, and (E) 5 to 40 mass% hydrocarbon oil, having (A):(B)=(1:1) to (1:15) mass ratio of the component (A) to the component (B) and without containing titanium oxide fine particles.
