<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: the conventional lighter is compact and hence may be lost easily; further the loss ratio of a disposable lighter becomes higher since it is inexpensive; a smoker may feel inconvenient occasionally; and resources may be consumed greatly by manufacture and disposition of lighters. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In these days when the diffusion rate of portable phones is high, their owners always carry portable phones. The portable phones are integrated with lighters, thus preventing a smoker's lighter from being lost, improving convenience, and further creating an eco-friendly environment by reducing resources by dispensing with the waste disposal or the like of lighters.
