PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic latent image developing carrier, an electrostatic latent image developing developer, a container, and a process cartridge, capable of preventing a carrier from being deposited, capable of restraining an edge effect, excellent in reproducibility of a fine line in a character part or the like, free from color contamination, and capable of obtaining a highly precise and fine image over a long period, and an image forming method. SOLUTION: This electrostatic latent image developing carrier includes a core material, and a resin coating layer for coating a surface of the core material, and the resin coating layer contains a resin, and a titanium oxide fine particle coated with tin oxide.
