<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door structure of a vehicle capable of smoothly introducing a paint into a gap between a bead for reinforcement and a door panel when electrodeposition coating of a door is carried out. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The door structure of the vehicle includes a lock mechanism 22 provided in a support part 25 of an inner panel 17 via a reinforcement member 20. The reinforcement member 20 has a mounting part 45 with the lock mechanism mounted thereon, an upper joint 46 bent along a sidewall 24 from the mounting part and joined to the sidewall, and gap partitioning parts 48, 49 for forming first gaps 75, 76 interposed between the upper joint and the mounting part. Second gaps 62, 63 are formed between the beads 56, 57 of the upper joint 46 and the sidewall 24. The second gaps 62, 63 are communicated with first gaps 75, 76, and opened to the outside.
