<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch device superior in absorption of impact and a boarding feeling, by arranging a damper of the large expansion ratio, even if a clutch transmission body to which rotational driving force from an external part is transmitted is set in a small outer diameter being difficult to install a proper size damper. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This clutch device includes: a bottomed cylindrical clutch housing 1; the clutch transmission body 2 to which the rotational driving force is input; an intermediate member 3 interposed between the clutch housing 1 and the clutch transmission body 2, integrally rotating with the clutch transmission body 2 and relatively rotatably connected to the clutch housing 1; and the damper 4 installed between an end wall 1a of the clutch housing 1 and the intermediate member 3 and applying elastic restoring force to the relative rotational movement between both 1 and 3.
