The extractor has a round or oval shaped handle (2) extended from two parallel rotating cylinders (1), where the cylinders are carried by axles (3) housed in channels (6) of the handle. The cylinders are separated by an interstice (5), in which a welded end of the tube slides towards threaded orifice for extracting pasty substance. The interstice is manually adjusted by being supported on an end of the axles. Control movement of the interstice of the rollers is obtained by the compression of handle, where the axles apply the deformation on an assembly of axles and interstice.
