PURPOSE: A wireless transceiver is provided to use free frequency resources effectively by transmitting a signal through a frequency channel not used. CONSTITUTION: A frequency detector(110) detects the usage of transmission frequency according to a frequency control signal. A plurality of transmission frequencies are recorded in a look-up table. The frequency control signal varies the transmission frequency to be detected according to the look up table. A controller(120) controls the transmission and reception of signal in transmission frequency which is not used according to the detection result of the frequency detector.
