PURPOSE: A device for measuring the amount of feed coal is provided to measure the accurate amount of feed coal by easily moving to a storage hopper according to coal type. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring the amount of feed coal comprises a rail(21), a carriage(22), a driving part, a collection box(24), and a movable part. The rail is arranged widthwise in a transfer conveyor(11) in which coal is transferred from a storage hopper. The carriage is moved along the rail to the transfer conveyor of each hopper. The collection box is installed on the carriage and contains coal. The movable part is installed on the carriage and transfers the collection box to the transfer conveyor.
