PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning agent having moderate viscosity and excellent usability. SOLUTION: The cleaning agent contains an anionic surfactant, an ampholytic surfactant and a cationized polymer, wherein the mass ratio of the anionic surfactant to the ampholytic surfactant is preferably 3:7 to 7:3. Preferable examples of the anionic surfactant are polyoxyethylene alkylsulfates and preferable examples of the ampholytic surfactant are alkyldimethylaminoacetic acid betaines, fatty acid amide propylbetaines and alkylhydroxysulfobetaines.
