A METHOD FOR PREPARING CHLOROPHYLL A AND FOTODITAZIN FROM SPIRULINA

PURPOSE: A method for producing chlorophyll a and fotoditazin from spirulina is provided to simplify production process and massively produce. CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting chlorophyll a from spirulina comprises: a step of adding 90-100% of ethanol to spirulina to extract chlorophyll a; a step of precipitating other components except for chlorophyll a by maintaining under 0°C for 3 hours and filtering; a step of dissolving the extract in hexane and adding glucamine; and a step of removing other components except for chlorophyll a. The glucamine is D-glucamine or N-methyl-D-glucamine. A method for producing fotoditazin from spirulina comprises: a step of treating with acid to obtained chlorophyll a and removing magnesium ion to obtain pheophytin a; a step of treating with base to pheophytin a to form salt chlorine; a step of treating with acid and acetonitrille to salt chlorine to separate acid chlorine; and a step of adding two equivalent glucamine to one acid chlorine.
