PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of variation in measurement accuracy between analyzers and improve the measurement accuracy in each analyzer, in the analyzer using a resistance element such as a blood filter. SOLUTION: This flow rate sensor 52 moves gas 80 mixed into liquid 81 in a pipe 56 and measures the flow velocity of a sample by detecting the gas 80. The flow rate sensor 52 is constituted so that the contact area of the gas with the pipe 56 is kept constant or substantially constant. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
