摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device capable of determining the deterioration of a power storage section by simple control. <P>SOLUTION: The power storage device includes: a power storage section 23; a charging circuit 19; a voltage detecting circuit 25; a current detecting circuit 22, the circuits being connected to the power storage section 23; and a control circuit 41 in which the above section and circuits are connected thereto and when the charging circuit 19 charges the power storage section 23 with the power of a main power supply 15 at a charging current Ic not less than a constant discharging current Id in order to discharge the power by the discharging time widthΔtd at the constant discharging current Id from the power storage section 23 to the load 17, the charging voltage variation widthΔVi of the power storage section 23 is obtained and the charging current Ic is obtained during elapse of the discharging time widthΔtd from the charging start in the power storage section 23, a charging voltage widthΔVc is obtained by summing per set time a value obtained by multiplying the charging voltage variation widthΔVi by the constant discharge current Id and dividing the obtained value by the charging current Ic, and if the charging voltage widthΔVc is not less than the maximum discharging voltage widthΔVd to the load 17, it is determined that the power storage section 23 is deteriorated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
