PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger mounted with a flexible solar battery which can be improved in sunlight-receiving efficiency. SOLUTION: The charger is equipped with a battery 23 and an electronic component substrate unit 25, which are stored in an stacked state inside its case body 11; an AC charging coupler 36, which is electrically connected to the battery 23 via the electronic component substrate unit 25; a charging connector 30, which is provided in such a state that it is electrically connected to the battery 23 via the electronic component substrate unit 25 and can be connected to the charging terminal of a mobile device; and a flexible solar battery 30, which is stored in a wound state inside the case body 11 and is pulled out of the case body 11 is able to expose the light-receiving surface thereof, at charging.
