SCREEN PRINTING MASK, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the printing resistance and paste omission of a screen printing mask by coating the surface of a photosensitive emulsion and plain gauze formed with a pattern in the screen printing mask, with a protective film excelling in corrosion resistance and lubricating ability. SOLUTION: Plasma treatment using carbon-containing compound gas of plasma generating raw material gas is applied to the screen printing mask formed with a predetermined pattern with a photosensitive emulsion on the plain gauze to modify the surface of the photosensitive emulsion and gauze, and a protective film is formed.
