<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a request issuance node, a request reception node, a system and a control method, solving a problem of reduction of system performance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This request issuance node 500 includes: a request transmission means transmitting a request to the request reception node 600; a request opening instruction transmission means transmitting, to the request reception node, a request opening instruction to make a request storage place inside the request reception node storing the request be opened when receiving a reply to the request from the request reception node; and an arbitration means changing over transmission taking priority to the transmission of the request opening instruction from the transmission of the request when the transmission of the request and the transmission of the request opening instruction compete.
