<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield structure of a flexible substrate which maintains fine electrical performance and enables mold cost reduction to solve the problem that common use of a shield tape as a shield over a plurality of conductive pattern areas may cause noises due to magnetic waves from the conductive patterns to affect each other. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the shield structure of the flexible substrate 10, the flexible substrate 10 with an area of a plurality of conductive patterns 12 is shielded with shield members 14 and 14.
