<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mudguard device for a bicycle rear wheel capable of easily detachably being mounted on a saddle fitting of a bicycle, and rarely being brought into contact with the wheel of the bicycle even in the state of aged deterioration or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mudguard device for the bicycle is provided with a gutter-shaped mudguard body for the rear wheel, a first latching part fixed to the top surface of the mudguard body for the rear wheel, a first latched part configured to be latched to the first latching part, and a fastening part connected to the first latched part and configured to be fastened to a pair of side frames of the saddle fitting of the bicycle. The mudguard device for the bicycle may further be provided with a tank-like saddle bag, a second latched part fixed to the under surface of the saddle bag and configured to be latched to the first latching part, and a second latching part fixed to the top surface of the saddle bag and configured to be latched to the first latched part.
