<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device incorporated in a system of an image processing device, reduced in load to keep service lives, etc. of parts, regardless of the number of sheets to be cut. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The upper limit value of driving current flowing in the motor driving circuit of this cutting device is controlled to be a value fixed in advance for every sheet information constituted of at least one of the number of sheets and weight of sheets forming a sheet bundle.
