<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baking mold of a disposable type easy in storing and handling before and after use and easily removable when eating a cake or the like, and a baking mold for food product of a disposable type easily producible and excellent in baking performance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The baking mold for food product is constituted by assembling a bottom part plate 15 at the lower part in a peripheral wall 2 to form a bottom part 3, wherein the peripheral wall is constituted to be circular by mutually engaging both ends of a wall plate 5 for a belt-like peripheral wall. In the baking mold constituted by attaching the bottom part 3 to the lower part in the peripheral wall 2, the whole part of the lower rim part 8 of the peripheral wall 2 is folded toward the inside in a certain width to bring the double structural part to be a leg 10 and the bottom part 3 is set to be positioned along the upper end of the lower rim part 8.
