PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an evoking device for water saving having a compact and simple configuration to be attached to faucets. SOLUTION: A section for pathway squeezing is formed on the way of a fluid pathway 3 of theevoking device 1 for water saving attached to water faucets, and a differential pressure generates between the upstream pathway section and the section for pathway squeezing. The fluid pressure between them acts on a first pressure room and a second pressure room partitioned vertically by an up-and-down ring 15. When flow rate is increased, the pressure of the second room rises to enlarge the differential pressure. As a result, the up-and-down ring 15 goes up from a lower end. The up-and-down ring 15 can be visually seen from outside through a transparent outer cylindrical wall section.
