<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent variation in dosage by providing a scraping/dropping member to scrap and drop powder medicine adhering to the non-scraping surface of a scraping plate into an annular groove. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the device for scraping out powder medicine, powder medicine is stored in the annular groove 4 formed on the upper surface of a dispenser tray 5, and the scraping plate 12 is relatively moved along the annular groove 4 to scrap the powder medicine and is rotated to scrap out powder medicine only for one dosage by a scraping-out plate 13 integrated with the scraping plate 12. The slidable scraping/dropping member is disposed on the non-scraping surface of the scraping plate 12, which is opposite a scraping surface 12a, so as to drop the powder medicine, adhering to the non-scraping surface when scraped out, into the annular groove 4.
