<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing device with favorable opening operability such as simple and easy opening of a cover member with the tip of a finger. <P>SOLUTION: An opening-and-closing lever 20 is provided in the cover member 12, which openably and closingly cover the recording paper housing part 10 f a register body 1. Accordingly, in opening the cover member 12, the position of the opening-and-closing lever 20 can be confirmed by easily searching the opening-and-closing lever 20 with a finger tip through touching the cover member 12 with a single hand. Thus, the opening-and-closing lever 20 can be simply and easily operated with the finger tip for quick opening of the cover member 12, the favorable opening operability of the cover member 12 and the easy exchanging of the recording paper 6 can be achieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
