<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of detecting the extinction timing of arc ion of a faulty phase easily without requiring accuracy of detecting a line voltage so much, and to provide a reclosing system of a transmission line which prevents an occurrence of a failure on reclosing. <P>SOLUTION: This reclosing system of a transmission line is structured to perform high speed reclosing by a protective relay RY provided with a protective calculation function section Pro, which breaks a faulty phase of the transmission line, and a reclosing function section Rec, which outputs a reclosing command to a circuit breaker of its own terminal when reclosing conditions are prepared in the interrupted faulty phase by inputting a voltage signal V<SB>L</SB>and a current signal I detected at each terminal of the transmission line TL to perform a prescribed protective calculation. In this reclosing system, a closing command is sent out to a faulty phase circuit breaker when a line voltage value V<SB>L</SB>of the faulty phase after interruption by a fault detected at its own terminal is present in the permissible range (¾¾V<SB>L</SB>¾-¾Vk¾¾<k1) determined by a line voltage value Vk at the time when opening of the faulty phase is sound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
