PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take appropriate measures without placing a burden on a user when a state of the inventoried article is abnormal.

SOLUTION: A control part 203 reads inventory region information. The control part 203 performs inventory processing of the article in the inventory region. The control part 203 controls a display part 204 and performs display processing of the inventory result by the inventory processing. The control part 203 determines whether return processing is performed based on the inventory result. The control part 203 performs selection regarding return processing with respect to the inventory abnormal state based on selection of a processing selection button by the user, and performs return processing in accordance with the inventory abnormal state.
