PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analysis device can eliminate a time and effort required for cleaning a probe and reducing a time required for analytical processing. SOLUTION: The automatic analysis device 1 includes cleaning liquid cleaning vessels 13 and 15 storing a cleaning liquid used for cleaning the probe, probe cleaning sections 11 and 12 cleaning the probe at least with the cleaning liquid, a liquid level decision unit 37 determining whether a level of the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid cleaning vessels 13 and 15 is less than a predetermined liquid level from measurement results by a liquid level sensor measuring a liquid level of the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid cleaning vessels 13 and 15, and cleaning liquid replenishing mechanisms in the cleaning liquid cleaning vessels 13 and 15, which replenish the cleaning liquid from the cleaning liquid remaining in the cleaning liquid cleaning vessels 13 and 15. The cleaning liquid replenishing mechanisms replenish the cleaning liquid from a decision of the liquid level decision unit 37, allowing an automatic supply of the cleaning liquid.
