PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing member which can make it difficult for a medium to leak from a storage portion, and further, has improved medium injection efficiency. SOLUTION: A flow path 20 for passing the medium includes a reference flow path portion 20c extending in the longitudinal direction of the medium storage portion 3, and expanded flow path portion 20a and 20b having a width larger than that of the reference flow path portion 20c.
