PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and a method for repairing a waterproof sheet structure, which enable a new waterproof sheet to simply cover a drain part, without reference to a shape of the drain part and without deteriorating the drainage capacity of the drain part. SOLUTION: The sheet waterproofing structure 100 is formed of the drain portion 29 which comprises a drain outlet 13 formed in an external floor 1 and a wastewater guiding portion 29a connected to the drain outlet 13 so as to guide wastewater on the external floor 1 to the drain outlet 13, and an existing waterproof sheet 21 for covering a surface of the external floor 1 except the drain portion 29. The sheet waterproofing structure 100 is repaired by being covered with the new waterproof sheet 55. In the structure 200 for repairing the sheet waterproofing structure, a drain cover 51 for surrounding the wastewater guiding part 29a of the drain part 29 is provided at the peripheral edge of the drain part 29 in the state of covering the top of the existing waterproof sheet 21; and the new waterproof sheet 55 is fixed to the drain cover 51.
