PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display and an image diagnosis apparatus easily recognizing three-dimensional image data.

SOLUTION: This image display includes an image data processing section 72 generating three-dimensional image data based on image data generated by an image pick-up section 6, and a second monitor 73 displaying the three-dimensional image data generated by the image data processing section 72, wherein the image data processing section 72 generates three-dimensional image data reciprocatingly rotating between preset left and right inversion anglesθL andθR and displays them on the second monitor 73.
