PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency heating device with a heater, mounting a lighting system with a small number of parts and in a simple structure, and reducing a temperature rise of an oven lamp. SOLUTION: This high-frequency heating device includes: a heating chamber 20 storing a material 22 to be heated; a high-frequency heating means 18 for heating the material 22 to be heated stored in the heating chamber 20; a blower 17 for cooling the high frequency generating means 18; an air guide 10 for guiding the wind from the blower 17 to the interior of the heating chamber; a heater 27 for heating the heating chamber 20; and the lighting system 11 for illuminating the material 22 to be heated in the heating chamber. The lighting system 11 is disposed on the under surface 14 of the air guide, so that even when hot air from the heating chamber 20 reversely flows into the air guide 10 in the oven heating state, the under surface of the air guide 10 reaches a comparatively lower temperature because the hot air has a habit of going upward so as to restrain a temperature rise of the lighting system 11.
