<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting element suitable for connecting a medical or surgical device to an internal organ or tissue of a living body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The connecting element includes a girdle formed in a patch of a thin textile, wherein a plurality of tabs extending from the side end of the girdle are arranged to make a pair with the opposite ones, the respective tabs can be coupled to the opposite ones to form a loop, and a part of a device to be connected to an internal organ or tissue is inserted in the loop.
