<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens device in which a lens can be securely bonded and fixed at a regular position. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The lens device 10 includes: a lens holding frame 36 having a hollow 36C formed from a top surface 36D to an inner peripheral surface 36E; and a third lens group 16 bonded and fixed to the lens holding frame 36 with an adhesive 50 injected into the hollow 36C.
