<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and lightweight constant velocity universal joint superior in durability, for securing the effective length of a needle bearing, even if a width dimension of an annular roller member is shortened, by adopting the inside-outside double annular roller member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plurality of roller parts 24 between an outside joint member 1 and an inside joint member 2, have inside-outside annular roller members 26 and 27, the needle bearing 25, and movement restricting members 28 and 29 supported by one annular roller member 27 and restricting the movement in the axial direction of the needle bearing 25 and the other annular roller member 26. The movement restricting members 28 and 29 have first peripheral edge parts 28a and 29a supported by one annular roller member 27, second peripheral edge parts 28b and 29b approaching an end surface in the axial direction of the other annular roller member 26, and intermediate parts 28c and 29c approaching the needle bearing 25. The intermediate parts 28c and 29c have annular recesses 28d and 29d separating from the other annular roller member 26 more than the second peripheral edge parts 28b and 29b.
