FORMING METHOD OF ELECTROLYTE LAYER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method of an electrolyte layer capable of forming a high-quality electrolyte layer in a desired thickness.

SOLUTION: Particles stable to an electrolyte and a binder are mixed to form a paste for electrolyte layer formation, the viscosity of paste is adjusted within a given viscosity range by applying an electric field to the paste for the electrolyte layer formation, then the paste whose viscosity is adjusted is applied on a fuel electrode and/or an air electrode to form an electrolyte layer.
