<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable only a receiver designated by a sender to perform unlocking and to disable a transporter and others from easily performing the unlocking. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This safety BOX 15 includes: a cellular phone 5 into which application software available in the market now can be incorporated; an electronic lock driving circuit 6 which passes an electric current through a lock solenoid, provided in an electric lock 7, by an external interface signal from the cellular phone; an electronic lock 7 which is locked and unlocked with the current of the driving circuit section 6; and a battery section 10. The safety BOX 15 is equipped with a mechanical forced opening/closing mechanism 11 so as to cope with the case where the battery 10 unexpectedly fails to operate or the case where an electric circuit fails. Additionally, the location of the BOX 15 in transportation can be grasped by incorporating an alarm device 12 with a GPS function into the BOX 15; and an alarm notification is issued by utilizing an alarm function, when a person except the receiver tries to forcedly unlock the BOX.
