<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a crack on a joint part of a lower end part of a front plate of a first U-shaped member and a front end part of a bottom plate of a second U-shaped member due to high stress caused on the front plate of the first U-shaped member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A fuel tank of a construction machine includes a regulating means that is provided at a joint part of a lower end part of a front plate 10A of a first U-shaped member 10 and a front end part of a bottom plate 11A of a second U-shaped member 11 and regulates movement in a direction apart from a back plate 10B of the lower end part of the front plate 10A. The regulating means is formed in the lower part of the front plate 10A of the first U-shaped member 10 for example, and provided with a hook-like part 10A1 with a U-shaped cross section and a bent part 11A3 that is formed in the front end part of the bottom plate 11A of the second U-shaped member 11 and inserted in the hook-like part 10A1 with being bent downward.
