PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transparent conductor of low resistivity which can be manufactured by a simple process at a low cost, its manufacturing method, and a vehicular panel using the transparent conductor. SOLUTION: Firstly, a mixture product is manufactured by mixing a compound containing a solvent having a liquid phosphoric acid as a main component, a compound containing tin, and a compound containing copper. Next, the mixture product is heat-treated after coated on a glass substrate. The heat treatment is carried out by raising a temperature up to a temperature at which a reaction such as a dehydration reaction occurs, and keeping the product for a prescribed time. Then, the heat-treated mixture product is cooled and solidified. By this, the mixture product coated on the glass substrate is formed as a membrane of the transparent conductor on the glass substrate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
