PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower device and a vehicular air conditioning device capable of reducing noise at low cost and with high reliability. SOLUTION: In a diffuser part 51, a projection part 60A projecting toward the inside of the diffuser part 51 is formed on a side face 51a near a rotary shaft of a fan 21a at a position adjacent an opening part 52c of an inlet flow passage part 52. By an air stream sent out from the fan 21a colliding with the projection part 60A, the air stream near a position corresponding to the center of a blowing port 22a is locally raised in pressure, and the flow of the air stream is deflected to a side away from the sides of upper and lower faces 51c, 51d which are relatively low in pressure. As a result, inside the diffuser part 51, the air stream is dispersed in the enlarging direction of a flow passage of the diffuser part 51, the distribution of the air stream inside the diffuser part 51 is made uniform, and an increase of noise and fluctuation of the wind amount are suppressed.
