PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dissection device, easily and quickly dissecting an indwelling material held in a living body. SOLUTION: The dissection device 1 has: a long body portion 2; a dissection member 3 for dissecting a stent graft 100; and a long pusher 4. The dissection device 1 is inserted into a guiding catheter 5 in use. The body portion 2 includes: a puncture portion 21 disposed at the distal end thereof to puncture the stent graft 100; a long tube portion 22 having a flexibility; a connecting portion 23 connecting the puncture portion 21 and the tube portion 22 to each other; and a hub 24 installed at the proximal end of the tube body 22. The dissection member 3 is installed in a storing portion 25 of the body portion 2, and configured to displace between the storing state of being stored in the storing portion 25 and the dissection enabling state of projecting outward from the storing portion 25 and dissecting the stent graft 100.
