PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conduction sheet or the like, wherein easy desorption or non-easy desorption of an article to be mounted can be selected, conduction can be easily performed for any kind of mounting board or article to be mounted, and radio-frequency loss is small. SOLUTION: The anisotropic conduction sheet 10 is used to mount an article to be mounted on a circuit board, and includes: a sheet which has resiliency with insulation properties; and a large number of conduction portions 3a and 5a which penetrate the sheet, wherein the sheet containing the conduction portions consists of a table-like portion 3 projecting from one surface or both surfaces and a thin portion 5 of a remaining region of the table-like portion.
