PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving object passage detection device capable of detecting the passage condition of a moving object with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The moving object passage detection device includes, a pressure sensitive sheet 1 in which many pressure sensitive sensors are arranged for detecting the pressure applied on the passage of the moving object, an area detection unit 200 for detecting the pressure sensitive condition in each area by dividing the pressure sensitive sensor 1 into the areas R1-R4, a determining unit 201 for determining the passage condition of the moving object based on the area detection pattern of the area detection unit 200, and a counting unit 202 for counting the number of passages based on the determined passage condition.
