PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely increase or decrease and install components to be used in a shooting training system. SOLUTION: The shooting training system is equipped with a simulation gun group composed of a plurality of simulation guns 11-14 for shooting a laser beam toward a target device by a trainee, a target device group composed of a plurality of the target devices 101-112 changing a state of a target, receiving the laser beam shot from the simulation gun, and capable of carrying out confirmation of effectiveness of a hit by information included in a receive optical signal, a relay device group composed of a plurality of relay devices 201-202 connecting the target devices and signal processing devices, and a signal processing device group composed of a plurality of signal processing devices 301-302 receiving signals from the simulation gun and the target device, carrying out determination of a received signal, and carrying out display of information of a shooting training result such as when and where a shot has been fired.
