<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harmonic relay by which detection and output operations with respect to high-order harmonics can be performed, and which can have a wide range operation region while reducing time and labor to change settings. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the harmonic relay 10 by which electrical signals are output in accordance with the detection result of a harmonic current included in an input current, there are provided with: a detection circuit 1 by which the harmonic current of a predetermined order is detected from the input current using an analog filter 12; and a detection circuit 2 by which the harmonic current of the predetermined order is detected from the input current by using a digital filter 18, and the electrical signals are output in accordance with the detection result of the detection circuit 1, and the detection result of the detection circuit 2.
