<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric instantaneous water heater safely usable at ease under all conditions. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electric instantaneous water heater is equipped with: an water inlet 2 to which water supply piping is connected; a heating part for heating water supplied from the water supply piping; a control part for controlling the heating part; and a hot water delivery port 3 for delivering hot water heated by the heating part. Since electromagnetic induction heating is used in the heating part, water is indirectly heated, so as to eliminate a risk of electric shock due to deterioration of electrical insulation of a heater and drastically improves safety of customers.
