<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual liquid injector manually, easily and finely adjusting the amount of liquid sucked or injected such as UV curable resin liquid, and easily performing suction and injection. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This manual liquid injector includes: a flexible short tube 2 having a liquid sucking/injecting needle 1 at its front end and communicatingly connected to the needle 1; a receiving surface 11 receiving the tube 2; a rotor 20 push-pressing the tube 2 to the receiving surface 11 and also applied with rotational force by a human finger; a small gear 21 integrally projecting from both the end surfaces of the rotor 20; a pair of guide grooves 12 for push-pressing and guiding the rotor 20 to the tube 2 in order not to release the rotor; a shaft 22 connected integrally with the rotor 20 and small gear 21 and also guided in a longitudinal direction by the guide groove 12; and a rack member 13 meshed with the small gear 21 and reciprocating the small gear 21 and rotor 20 backward and forward, and linearly.
