<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow tissue bonding device for bonding two hollow tissues with little load. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The hollow tissue bonding device 100 includes a staple holder having a staple holding member 210 for holding a staple 10, a coronary artery support mechanism having a pair of coronary artery supports 312, a graft support mechanism having a pair of graft supports 412, and four pairs of peelers 512, 532, 612 and 632. The staple holder, the graft support mechanism and a mechanism for moving them in the vertical direction configure an interval control mechanism for controlling the interval of the coronary artery 50 and a graft 60 to the staple holder, and the peelers 512, 532, 612 and 632 and a mechanism for moving them in the vertical direction configure a curve control mechanism for controlling the curve of the needle 14 of the staple 10. The coronary artery supports 312 and the graft supports 412 are shifted from a position at which the needle 14 of the staple 10 passes through the coronary artery 50 and the graft 60.
